Policy
All orders within the EU are free from import/customs duties and taxes.
For all other international orders, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. By placing an order, you agree to pay any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by your destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs. For more detailed information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and to arrange for package pickup once shipped.
Orders refused by the recipient or returned to the sender will be subject to reshipping fees and brokerage charges. Refunds will not be granted.
Important information about receiving orders:
All our items are shipped with packaging in perfect condition. If there is any external damage or anomaly with the packaging upon delivery, you must note “DAMAGED PACKAGING” on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery. This is essential for us to handle any transport claims.
Please note that you have 48 hours from receiving your order to report any problems (breakages, wrong products, missing parts, etc.).
Refund Policy
You have 14 days from receiving the package to request a return.
Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
To return a product, it must be sent back intact and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Products
Products in limited editions or damaged items cannot be returned.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take longer to process and post the refund.
